UPS or FedEx Deliveries (Small Package Delivery)
Your small package delivery will be delivered to the first threhhold. First threshold consists of; front, side, rear doors, front porch, garage or main lobby (for appartment buildings). Also in most cases packages of this size and weight even though they are concidered "small packages" will not be carried up stairs. Some residences (apartments) or office buildings may have designated areas for package delivery due to insurance or special permission is needed. Please contact your facility managerment if this is the case.
Please note that UPS and FedEx on occasion mark items as delivered even if the item has not been actually delivered. If you feel that the item has been delivered (check the carriers website) and you do not have your package. Please contact the carrier and report a lost package. Supply us with the case number so we can begin the replacement or refund process.
Return Policy
If for any reason you decide not to assemble this product, you have 30 days from the delivered date to begin the return process. To begin find the item in the purchase history section of My eBay. Select “Return this item”. Select the reason for the return. You'll see your anticipated refund amount. We will be notified of your return request. Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in the original box(es) as received. All paperwork should be included with your return to ensure a prompt and accurate credit. The item must be sent to the return center;
