paraglider payout winch

Hi, I'm selling my payout winch that I bought from minne motor. I bought the winch and welded up a mount for it on a tow hitch. Its brand new and never been used. I'm selling it with the hitch mount and 1100 m of 550# 2mm braided dyneem towline. That is what is used with this winch. Im selling cause I lost interest with it. Winch and towline it brand new never used. Selling to the lower 48 states only, no international. Thanks for looking.
