New NRFB Happy Birthday Cabbage Patch Kid Red Hair "Guy Athol". Guy has red hair (with one side shorter than the other), green eyes and freckles. He is dressed in his best birthday outfit: Happy Birthday shirt, blue & white striped vest, red pants, yellow belt and blue athletic shoes. He has a matching Birthday hat and a kazoo (the band holding the kazoo in place has broken with age, kazoo is loose in the box). The elastic band on his left hand has broken with age. He was purchased new and has been in my personal collection. He has never been removed from his box. Box is in excellent condition.  He comes from a smoke free home where he has been stored away from light.
