This 1 micron rated jumbo 90 style filter cartridge outperforms wound, spun, melt blown, resin bonded, and other depth type filter elements because this cartridge is pleated to provide increased surface area and longer life. Lower pressure drop is another significant advantage which allows for increased flow rates, reducing filter housing size requirements. This cartridge is made with 100% cellulose-free construction and the plastisol end caps/gaskets offer positive seal. It offers excellent compatibility with a wide range of chemicals and sanitizing agents as well as high flow rates at low pressure drops.
This cartridge was manufactured from materials which are listed for food contact applications in Title 21 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
