Description

Sakai Speed King Toy Outboard Motor. It is in fair cosmetic condition. When separated from the lower unit, the motor runs well, but the lower unit seems to have a problem. I plugged it up to a 9V battery and the propeller wanted to turn but kept getting caught up before it could run. It may be a lubrication problem or the battery I was using could just not be enough power. I’m not an expert on these things so I’m not sure.
