    The
    Barnegat
    (model no. 1391 (1941)) was a Sea Plane Tender.
    The model is a waterline model built to a 1/1250 scale by Neptun Models.  It is approx. between 3 inches (7.6 cm) long.  The date after the ship’s name represents the “as depicted date” of the vessel.
    Ship is made from a metal alloy/cast metal?. The model is pre-owned (from the 70s-80s) but in very good condition, though some of the more delicate parts, such as the mast and gun turrets are bent – see photographs.  Will come in a box, though don't know if this is the original box.
